Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled!

We don't want you to be simply satisfied with your beeswax candles, we want you to be absolutely thrilled! If at any time during the first six months you feel any of our products aren't right for you, simply return them to us for a refund. We even pay return shipping! (See not-so-fine print below for exceptions.)

Free Returns. Here's How:

  1. Please contact us for a pre-paid shipping label (we'll send it to you via email).
  2. Wrap products securely in their original packaging to prevent damage.
  3. Fill the box with packing peanuts. Keep products away from the edges of the box.
  4. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the return. This allows us to easily identify your order.
  5. Tape the box closed and apply the pre-paid shipping label. Hand it to the appropriate shipping carrier.

No-So-Fine Print:

We want returns to be super easy, but due to previous abuse of our easy returns we've had to add a few rules:

  1. We refund original shipping charges for orders that use our $7.95 flat rate shipping option. We refund up to $7.95 for orders that used other shipping methods.
  2. Orders that are shipped for free (i.e. orders over $150) are not eligible for free return shipping.

How To Exchange Products:

  1. Please contact us for an RMA# (noting which candles you'd like to return).
  2. Place a new order for the products you want. During checkout, enter the RMA# in the 'Comments' box.
  3. We'll include a pre-paid return label in the box of your new order.
  4. Pack the return candles in the box. Apply the pre-paid shipping label. Give the box to appropriate shipping carrier.
  5. You will receive a full refund when the return package arrives to us, including original shipping charges.

We've found handling exchanges this way gets the candles you want into your hands as fast as possible. This makes returns easy too as we send you a box, packing supplies, and a pre-paid return label.

How do I return products purchased at a retail store?

Candles sold at one of our retailers should be returned through the store where it was purchased in accordance with their return policy. Please do not return them directly to us.
