Automatic Shipment Notice
Once your order has been shipped from our facility you will automatically be sent a shipping notice email. This email will contain your shipping details, including a tracking number / delivery confirmation number.
Note - To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. Please allow 24 hours (1 business day) for their systems to update.
How to Track Your Package
- Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. (You'll be asked to log in, if you aren't already.)
- On the "My Account" page, click the "Review orders / track packages" link to display your orders.
- Click the "View or Change Order" button next to the order you wish to track.
