If you don't agree that our candles are the best beeswax candles you have ever owned, or if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 6 months of receiving your order and we'll make it right!

If you change your mind, for any reason, before your order has shipped, we will cancel your order free of charge, no questions asked.

Canceling Your Order (After Shipment)

If you change your mind about an order after it has shipped, please return the product to us within 6 months and we will refund your purchase cost (excluding shipping costs). See our returns page for more information.

Replacement or Refund

If you are unsatisfied with your candles please return them to us within 6 months and we will resolve the problem immediately. We will pay to have the product returned to us and either provide you with a replacement or refund your purchase. See our returns page for more information.
