We enjoy giving free shipping to clients that spend over $150 on our beeswax candles and accessories. Simply add products to your shopping cart until the cost is $150 or over and we'll grant you free shipping automatically to anywhere in the United States. It's really that easy!

How long does it take before you ship my order?
Shipping your order as soon as possible is very important to us. We ship orders every weekday. Typically if you place your order before 10:00 AM PST it will ship the same day, otherwise it ships the next week day. So, depending on the time you order, it may ship the same day or the next day. What shipping options do you offer?
In the US: Flat Rate, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select
To Canada: USPS Priority International Mail, UPS Ground (Standard)
How can I request a different shipping option?
If one of our shipping choices does not meet your needs and you need your order shipped in a specific manner please Contact Us or call us at 1-866-411-9900 so we can take your order over the phone. We will discuss other shipping methods and shipping rates that would have your package to your door exactly as you desire.
Do you ship to Canada?
We sure do! Please place your order online as normal and select a shipping option that suits your needs. Sorry, our flat rate shipping and free shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped to Canada. Note that customs may require you to pay tax on your order; it is your responsibility to pay this tax.
Do you ship outside of the United States and Canada?
We sure do! We do ask that you place these orders over the phone so we can ensure your package arrives in a timely manner that suits your needs. Additional shipping charges apply for overseas orders. Flat rate shipping and free shipping offers do not apply to overseas orders.
Note about Shipping and Billing Addresses (and Gift orders)
During order checkout you are able to enter different billing and shipping addresses if you like. When these addresses are different we assume you are placing the order as a gift and only put a gift receipt in the package. This gift receipt does not contain pricing information.
