What the deal with your free shipping offer?

We enjoy giving free shipping to customers that spend over $150 on our beeswax candles and accessories. Simply add products to your shopping cart until the cost is $150 or over and we'll grant you free shipping automatically to anywhere in the contiguous United States. It's really that easy!

• Free shipping orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, regardless of shipping option selected.
• Free shipping applies to a single order and a single shipping address.
• Free shipping offer not available to wholesale orders.

How do I calculate my shipping cost?

1. Add the items you want to the shopping cart, which takes you automatically to the Shopping Cart / Checkout page.
2. On the Shopping Cart / Checkout page in the 'Calculate shipping for this order' section 'Select your country:' and enter your 'Zip or Postal Code'.
3. Click the 'Add Shipping' button, choose your shipping method and your shipping cost will be displayed.

How long does it take before you ship my order?

Shipping your order as soon as possible is very important to us. Our goal is to have your order shipped within two days. Statistically most orders are shipped much sooner than our 2 day shipping period. If there is an issue of any kind, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone.

What shipping options do you offer?

In the US: Flat Rate, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select

To Canada: USPS Priority International Mail, UPS Ground (Standard)

How can I request a different shipping option?

If one of our shipping choices does not meet your needs and you need your order shipped in a specific manner please call us at 1-866-411-9900 so we can take your order over the phone. We will discuss other shipping methods and shipping rates that would have your package to your door exactly as you desire.

Do you ship to Canada?

We sure do! Please place your order online as normal and select a shipping option that suits your needs. Sorry, our flat rate shipping and free shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped to Canada. Note that customs may require you to pay tax on your order; it is your responsibility to pay this tax.

Do you ship outside of the United States and Canada?

We sure do! We do ask that you place these orders over the phone so we can ensure your package arrives in a timely manner that suits your needs. Additional shipping charges apply for overseas orders. Flat rate shipping and free shipping offers do not apply to overseas orders.

Note about Shipping and Billing Addresses

During order checkout you are able to enter different billing and shipping addresses if you like. When these addresses are different we assume you are placing the order as a gift and only put a gift receipt in the package. This gift receipt does not contain pricing information.
